この店、タルトタタンが売りらしいのですが、フレンチで出てくるタルトタタンとはかなり違います。
そもそもタルト生地が縁の部分でしか感じられない。
サンふじを使っているので、甘味が単調。僕の好みとしては紅玉を使って欲しい。そちらの方が酸味と甘みのバランスが良いですからね。
紅茶もウバ茶を頼みましたが、味が薄く、ミルクを入れたらさらに薄くなりました。ウバはアッサムと同様、本来ミルクが合うのですが、ちょっといただけませんね。
