移転してからはじめて行きました。
お料理のことなど以外について書きたくなったので2度目の投稿です。
以前から自転車置き場について気にされていたようで、今の場所のお店はきちんと駐輪スペースが確保されています。お店の周りにも案内があるので、迷うことはありません。そこに自転車をとめてお店に入ると、まず自転車をどこにとめたか聞かれました。駐輪場にとめたとを言うと
「サッスガ！！」
と返ってきましたので思わず笑ってしまいます。あったかいです。慇懃無礼とは正反対の対応ですね。フレンドリーだけど丁寧です。
ビールについて。
このお店のビールは丁寧に淹れられています。座った目の前にサーバーがありましたが、荒い泡をあふれさせて、細かいクリーミーな泡だけがトッピングされるまで泡を出し続けるような注ぎ方でした。すごいなって、感心しました。ビールだけでも値打もんです。一事が万事でもちろんお料理やサービスなど細部にわたってそうしたプロ意識が浸透していると感じます。確かに京大生の方が多いでしょうけど、我々のような「ウルサイ」年代の人間が行っても意識の高さに脱帽です。

東南アジアの路地裏の屋台を思わせる暖包

.本当は別の店に行こうとしていたのですが、その店が定休だったので
暖包の前で入ろうかなとウロウロしていたら黒い扉がガラッと開いて、
「よろしかったらどうぞ。」
と、ハイテンションの店員さんが誘ってくれました。
こんなふうに言われたらよほど素直でない人以外、普通入ります。
お店の人、みんなやる気満々です。
ビールを注文したらアナウンサーか、声優みたいにすばらしい声の店員さんが、
持って来て、
「じゃんじゃん、じゃんじゃん飲んでください。」
と言ってくれます。
マンガ肉が来たときに妻が、
「これは何の肉ですか？」
と店員さんに訊くと、その質問、待ってましたと言う感じで、
「ハイ！このお肉は、マンモスのお肉でございます！」
とにこやかに言いました。
本当にそういう原始的な形でしたが、骨離れが良くて意外と食べやすかったです。
かなりのボリュームですがそれほど脂っこいわけではありません。
豚肉のような味でした。
二人で行って、名物のマンガ肉、バリ風焼きそば、タイ風えびサラダ、生春巻きとビール３杯。
一品、一品の量が多いので満腹。（我々があまり若くないということもありますが。）
これだけ食べて４千円いきませんでした。これは非常に安いと感じました。
暖包組の組長名刺をもらえば、これでさらにいろいろ割引が受けられます。
CPの高いお店です。
