京都市上京区 河原町通に面した甘味処。
寒天などの素材から手作りしているお店で、味も店構えもとにかく魅力がある。
ちょっと久しぶりに訪問した。
となりも人気のカフェ HARAで、この辺りはちょっといい感じのお店が軒を連ねている。
白玉クリームあんみつを頼んだ。ちなみにアイスクリームは抹茶とバニラから選べる。
バニラにした場合はきなこを振りかけてくれる。
古民家を改装したお店の雰囲気がまず良い。
初めてこのお店を見つけた時に、小躍りするくらい気に入ったことを思い出した。
あんこはちょっと塩気が効いていて、豆の風味と塩・砂糖の両方が混ざり合っている。
甘さの加減も、食感も大変よろしい。
とろりとした黒蜜をかける…けっこう量がある…余りそうなくらいあった。
景気いいね。
寒天の少しシコっとした歯ごたえ、白玉の弾力感が黒蜜と絡んで美味しい。
これで850円。京都駅なんかでこれを食べようとしたら1000円ではきかないと思う。
しょっちゅう食べられるものではないが、たまに贅沢するならこんなにいい店はない。
