桝形商店街にあるうどん屋さん？もしかしてお寿司屋さん。
いつも行列の人気店ですが、通りかかったら１組待ちだったので、これはチャンスとみて並ぶことに。
豊後産の極上鯖寿司１本６０００円。セットのかけうどん（おぼろ昆布）だと１１００円、きつねうどんは１３００円で鯖寿司２切れがきます。別のうどんにするとうどん代+鯖２切れ単品扱いで１０００円になります。
うすい出汁に、あまみの利いた揚げ、ねぎが良いバランスです。
鯖寿司は、身が厚く、酸味がほどよくごちそうさまでした。
店員さんの、おまっとさんが心地よい気分にさせてくれました。
