木曜日の12:00に出町柳の『満寿形屋』へ。
オープン同時に到着しましたが、店内は満席。
しばらく待ちます。
25分後店内へ。
その頃には後ろに7〜8人並んでました。
昔ながらの食堂のようなイメージの店内。
こういう雰囲気が落ち着きます。
4人テーブルが6卓で、相席無しなので1人でもテーブルを利用するため、回転が遅いです。
昼間は相席にすれば良いのに。
「名物 鯖寿司うどんセット(1,100円)」をオーダー。
3分後到着。
「鯖寿司」を一口。美味い。
適度に酢締めされた鯖と、絶妙な酢飯とのバランスが秀逸。
鯖も分厚く、木の芽の香りが上品。
これはレベルの高い鯖寿司です。
「かけうどん」を一口。美味い。
優しい京風のお出汁に柔らかいうどん。
蒲鉾、青ネギ、とろろのみのかけうどんは素朴で安心の味。
卓上の七味が、京都の老舗『七味家』の七味なのが嬉しい。
食べ終わって外に出ると10人ほど並んでました。
