ランチに来店です。
３組待ちでした。順番待ちが少なくラッキーです。
２０分ほどで店内へ。
昭和の雰囲気がいいですね。
テーブル席に１組着席です。
相席になることはありません。
メニューは外の入り口付近と店内の壁にあります。
「山菜きつね」と「鯖寿司」をオーダーです。
１５分くらいで着丼です。
まずはうどんのスープを一口。
昆布出汁でしょうか、出汁の美味さと醤油の風味がいいですね〜
麺は柔らかめの茹で加減。
三角揚げもアツアツ、出汁をしっかり吸って揚げの美味しさと相まっています。
鯖寿司、酢で締めた鯖と酢飯のバランスがいいですね。
鯖の美味しさが伝わってきます。
脂ものっています。
