出町柳商店街入口にある、うどんと鯖寿司のお店。
いつも長蛇の列ですが、この日は偶然、
2巡目で入店できるくらいの行列でしたので、
待ってみました。
店内は6卓のみ。
相席はしないようですので、
大人しく順番を待ちます。
待つこと約30分でようやく入店。
ビールを頼んだところ、しみしみの甘ーい
肉じゃががついてきました。これは美味しい♪
で、お酒のアテにお漬物も注文。
千枚漬け、ナスときゅうりのお漬物。
つかり具合がちょうど良く、ビールが進みます。
うどんは、【京きつねうどんセット】を注文。
ちなみに、【鯖寿司うどんセット】にすると、
かけうどんと鯖寿司のセットだそうです。
単品メニューに1000円追加すれば、
鯖寿司をつけることも可能です。
きつねうどんはしっかりとしたお揚げさんに
京都の出汁が効いたおうどんです。
さながら、伊勢うどんのように柔らかい！
待望の鯖寿司は、大ぶりの二切れが供されます。
脂が乗った鯖をあっさりと締めているので、
生な感じが残る鯖寿司です。
いや、これは美味しい♪
行列が短ければ、また寄りたいと思います。
