京都は元田中にある中華の名店華祥です。おやっさんがなくなってからは初めての訪問です。
火曜日の昼、とても寒い日だったせいか行列無しはちょっと寂しい。
今回もあんかけ焼きそばセット９５０円を注文。
付き出しのザーサイは和的な優しい味で好感。あんかけ焼きそばの焼き目はあかあさんがしっかりつけてくれた。あんの味はおやっさんの味。唐揚げは揚げ方が見事です。
味は受け継がれても、おやっさんが厨房に立った時の独特の緊張感と暖かさがないのはやっぱりさみしいな。
