京都に妻と墓参りに行った際に訪れました。人気メニューは卵白あんかけチャーハン、あんかけ焼きそば、麻婆丼と色々ありますが私はあんかけ焼きそばにチャーハンと唐揚げのセットを注文。町中華と言えばパンチの効いた味をイメージしがちですが本当にここは繊細です。餡の味付けは『優しく美味い』。あとチャーハンのパラパラ感は本当に最高ですし、唐揚げのカリカリ感も言うことなしです。全ての仕事が丁寧で、町中華に高級感を足すとこんな感じになるのかなぁと思いました。
