This Chinese restaurant is located within a 5-minute walk from Mototanaka Station. At first glance, it doesn't immediately come to mind as a Chinese Cuisine restaurant, but it is constantly drawing in people. I searched for it and found that it is a highly rated restaurant. So I decided to have dinner here tonight. I stopped by on my way home and it was still before 7pm, but it seems that the second floor is also almost full. I had dinner at the counter on the first floor. Since this was my first time, I ordered a large serving of their specialty, fried rice with egg white sauce. It was served after the pickled mustard greens and soup, but it seems that it can take some time depending on the timing. This fried rice with egg white sauce is not so much like a meringue on top of the fried rice, but in terms of texture, it is closest to the shape of a Totoro yam. It has a gentle, subtle salt-based flavor, and although it is not a strong flavor on its own, it creates an exquisite harmony when eaten with the well-seasoned fried rice underneath. It's really delicious when you mix the soy sauce-flavored meat and egg white paste well. The individual dishes looked delicious, but each plate seemed quite filling, so it would be best to share it with a few people. For all the effort and volume, it was only 1,100 yen for a large serving, and you can really enjoy professional-quality food at a reasonable price, making this an excellent local Chinese restaurant that you'll want to return to again soon.
