平日のディナーで初めてお邪魔しました。
イタリア人のシェフが一人で回しているお店のようです。
メニューもシェフの手書きのようで中々味があります。
３人で以下の６品をいただきました。
サラダ：パンザネッラ
パスタ：ペペロンチーノ、牛肉のイタリア風ラグー、ベジタリアン
ピザ：マルゲリータ
リゾット：白黒
印象的だったのは、牛肉のイタリア風ラグーパスタにはリンゴ、白黒リゾットにはプルーンが使われており
これが非常にマッチしていたことです。
あとマルゲリータはシンプルですが過去最高においしいものでした。
やはり素材の良さと腕なのでしょう。
難点はやはりシェフ一人で回しているため、料理が出てくるまで時間がかかることです。
これを我慢する必要はありますが、味は間違いのないお店だと思います。
