こちらも京都に来た時に、いつか来たいと思っていた
お店で、ようやく伺えました。最寄りは出町柳駅
路地に入った保育園の前にありました。お店は広くは
ありませんが、歴史を感じる匠な雰囲気です。
店内をゆっくり見ていると、お店の方が丁寧に説明
してくれて試食もできました。
普段、駄菓子屋さんで見かける金平糖とは全く違い
口の中で、さらりと溶けるような口溶けです。
そうそう、金平糖って噛んで食べるものって知って
いましたか？？その砕け方も決して硬すぎず、軽やか
今でも近くの工房で手作りで作られているそうです
いろんな風味がありますが、お値段も驚くような物も
ありました。1人3個までの手頃なものもあるので
自分のご褒美にもいいです。
