京都のお土産②
京都・出町柳駅から徒歩圏にある金平糖の専門店。スイーツ百名店に選ばれています。
旅行から帰ってからもまだまだ京都を楽しもうと買って帰る事にしました。
まずは読み方。お店のHPを調べても書いてなかったのですが「りょくじゅあんしみず」と読むのだそう。
⚫︎焼栗の金平糖(1944円) ☆4.3
開けると栗の甘い香り。少しキャラメルのような甘くほろ苦い香り。可愛い手作り感のある金平糖。歯でクシュっと砕くと数ミリしかないスイーツなのに栗の甘味だけでなく栗のホクホクとしたコクもここに凝縮されている。この小さい秋、中々秀逸。

⚫︎紫蘇あられの金平糖 ☆3.7
紫蘇の爽やかな香りとさっぱりとした味わいが詰まっています。紫蘇の持つ薬膳的なスーハーする味わいも感じられ金平糖の甘味が支えています。
⚫︎柚子あられの金平糖 ☆4.0
柚子の爽快な酸っぱさが感じられるのは勿論だが柚子の上品な苦味も表現されその上品さが京都らしく素晴らしい。
⚫︎梅あられの金平糖 ☆4.0
は〜✨✨気持ちええわ\(//∇//)\梅のさっぱりした風味や酸味と金平糖の甘味が良い塩梅で恐れ入りました。
保存は夏でも常温でOK。賞味期限は1年間持つと。
