下鴨神社 糺の杜の西側にある。下鴨本通りの近く。
テイクアウト販売が主体のようだが、店内でも食べられるよう、奥に小さな洋式のテーブル席1組と和式のテーブル席1組がある。
焼餅(矢来餅)は1個120円。白い普通の焼餅と蓬色の焼餅の2種類。
下鴨神社を参拝後、2人で入店。焼餅2つに緑茶が付いたお茶席セット(350円)を店内で頂いた。
焼餅は、二口くらいで食べられる大きさで、両面に焼き目が入っている。
中には丹波大納言小豆の粒餡が入っている。ほんのりとした甘さが広がってくる。
店内で食べる人よりも、買って帰る人が多い。持って帰ってオーブンで温めた方が、もっとおいしいのかもしれない。
