出町柳で高評価のカフェを訪問。
ラボというかファクトリーというのかな
整然なのか雑然なのか、な空間で丁寧に
コーヒーを淹れていただけます。
豆は日替わり？
焙煎のしかたや淹れ方も選べるから、
その日の気分でいろいろ楽しめそう。
見ていたらフィルターもネルだけでなくペーパーを
使うこともあったので、どうやって分けているのか
聞きたかったけど、お洒落でイイけどBGMが
以外に音大きくて、ちょっと説明は聞きづらい。
グアテマラの中煎りをあっさりでいただきましたけど、
コーヒーは美味しかったですよ。
そこは間違いないです。
今度はコーヒー以外のメニューも試したいし、
必ず再訪します。
あっ、ビルの階段はかなり急なので、ご注意を。
