レトロな中華はあっさりと軟目、物足りない カウンターに座って調理を見る。ご夫婦が切り回す。野菜を炒めてスープを入れて、直のお玉からお味目で仕上げる。なかなか古風だ。
スープは奥行やうま味がない塩味。胡椒を大量に入れるが味がしない。酢を入れると甘みがでる。麺は細目でやわやわ。野菜も柔らかめで肉がちょっぴり。
お昼の定食が人気のようで来客も多い
