メニューに何の変哲もなければ、ただの喫茶店なのですが、スペシャリテがカリ・フワに焼かれたワッフル、というところがミソです。
ダンディなマスターが自ら生地をこねてらっしゃいます。
プレーンなワッフル（と言ってもアイスクリーム載ってます）から、色々乗っかった物まであります。
さらに、食事用として、ワッフル＋サラダ＋ソーセージに、サイドメニューとしてグラタンやらシチューやらが選べるお得なセットがあります（飲み物付き）。
このお店ではこれを称して「プラター」と呼ばれています（「グラタンのプラター」など・・・。）。
甘いワッフル食べたいし、でもお昼ご飯にしたいというときにはもってこいの一皿です。
お値段もお手ごろ感があります。
あ、もちろんコーヒー類も美味しいですよ。
観光で下鴨神社というと、どうしても「みたらし」や「やきもち」に傾きがちですが、こちらは地元民に愛されるお店となっているようです。
