【出町柳】飲食求道 一作
以前から知ってはいたのですが、なかなか伺う機会がなく、ようやく訪問。
「氷」の旗がはためいているので、すぐ気付くはず。
ガラガラっと戸を開けると想像以上にお好み焼き屋さん(笑)。
BGMにラジオがかかっていて、民芸品が飾ってある、どの町にもあると言っていいアットホームなお店。
ご主人と女将さんが切り盛り。
氷は通年頂けて、季節メニューは壁に張り出し。
私はレギュラーメニューのりんごを頂くことに。
ギュンギュンとおかしな音を立てる(笑)かき氷機からはサラサラのパウダー系の氷。
ガラスボウルに盛られた氷のボリュームは、お好み焼きを食べた後のデザートとしてちょっと多いかな？くらい。
白濁系の高級りんごジュースの様なシロップです。
サラサラの氷にじんわり馴染んで、きめ細かいシャーベットみたいです。
冷たさが沁みる…！
さっぱりと頂けるかき氷でした。
