グルメに厳しいカナダ・トロントで20年、フレンチの修業を積んだ山岸シェフの店。築120年の町家を改装した空間に、坪庭が見える1階カウンターとテーブル席、見事な梁が残る2階テーブル席があり、穏やかな時間が流れる。味わえるのは、北海道直送の有機野菜をたっぷり使う季節替わりのメニュー。富良野や旭川の農家で採れるじゃがいもやズッキーニ、かぼちゃなどを、グリルやソテーといったシンプル調理で楽しめる。 |

普段は、重い濃い味のお料理が好きで、こちらのお料理は全くそうじゃないのに、とても美味しく頂けました。
食事中、何度も、自然の中で食べているような錯覚に落ちました。こんな表現は気恥ずかしいですけど、本当にそう感じました。
ごちそうさまでした。
