北海道から届く季節野菜たっぷりのフレンチを、町家でカジュアルに
グルメに厳しいカナダ・トロントで20年、フレンチの修業を積んだ山岸シェフの店。築120年の町家を改装した空間に、坪庭が見える1階カウンターとテーブル席、見事な梁が残る2階テーブル席があり、穏やかな時間が流れる。味わえるのは、北海道直送の有機野菜をたっぷり使う季節替わりのメニュー。富良野や旭川の農家で採れるじゃがいもやズッキーニ、かぼちゃなどを、グリルやソテーといったシンプル調理で楽しめる。 |
観光のついでにランチで利用しました。
電話予約も親切な案内で、当日は素敵な造りの2階席でゆっくり美味しいお食事を頂くことができました。スープと前菜盛り合わせ、メイン、デザート、食後の飲み物で1,900円で十分な量で満足でした。1組だけの2階席でしたが、ほどよくお店のかたが来てくださり、一皿ごとに丁寧なお食事の説明もあり好感がもてました。
300円でアルコールを含むミニドリンクが数種類の中から選べたのがよかったです。お昼だしその後の観光があるけど少しだけビールが飲みたい人と、ソフトドリンク派の人もちょっと珍しいものがあったりでそれぞれ楽しめました。
