北海道から届く季節野菜たっぷりのフレンチを、町家でカジュアルに
グルメに厳しいカナダ・トロントで20年、フレンチの修業を積んだ山岸シェフの店。築120年の町家を改装した空間に、坪庭が見える1階カウンターとテーブル席、見事な梁が残る2階テーブル席があり、穏やかな時間が流れる。味わえるのは、北海道直送の有機野菜をたっぷり使う季節替わりのメニュー。富良野や旭川の農家で採れるじゃがいもやズッキーニ、かぼちゃなどを、グリルやソテーといったシンプル調理で楽しめる。 |
カジュアルに利用できて、コスパも良く、とっても美味しいお店です。シェフが物腰が柔らかく、とても優しい笑顔で出迎えてくれます。肉料理のコースを今回は頼みましたが、どれもとってもおいしかったです。パンがふわふわでスープと一緒に食べました。前菜もメインのお肉も美味しく、また京都に来た際には利用したいと思います。
