北海道から届く季節野菜たっぷりのフレンチを、町家でカジュアルに
グルメに厳しいカナダ・トロントで20年、フレンチの修業を積んだ山岸シェフの店。築120年の町家を改装した空間に、坪庭が見える1階カウンターとテーブル席、見事な梁が残る2階テーブル席があり、穏やかな時間が流れる。味わえるのは、北海道直送の有機野菜をたっぷり使う季節替わりのメニュー。富良野や旭川の農家で採れるじゃがいもやズッキーニ、かぼちゃなどを、グリルやソテーといったシンプル調理で楽しめる。 |

オレンジ色のフソファがひろびろ。
二階が偶々貸切になりました。うなぎのねどこ、的な長く細い店内。
二階はすこし天井がひろくて,天窓が見えました。
お手洗いも各階にある感じ。
ランチは前菜に始まり,にがてなお肉はのけて貰えました。
スモークサーモンが代わりに来ました。
お野菜もとってもしっかりしたお味。
にがおいしいお野菜は,大人のお味。
ぱりぱりがくっついたおさかなフレンチ♪
気楽にいただきましたが,彩も日の通り具合も
味のバランスもとっても良かったです。
自家製のパンはお代わり自由で,しかも美味しい。
お代わりしたら違う種類のパンを出してくれて大満足でした！
