平日の12時頃に訪問。店内には既に2組先客がお見えになりました。予約である事を告げて、好きな席にとご案内頂きました。店内は2人がけのテーブル席が4つあるだけの素朴なお店です。メニューはシンプルにタンドリーチキンの一つのみ。他に飲物は注文できますが、注文したメニューは、注文概要の通りです。

タンドリーチキンに野菜のグリルがたっぷり盛り付けられたワン・プレートでの登場です。チキンは沢山の野菜に埋もれて隠れています。オーブンで蒸し焼き上げられたような仕上がりの鶏肉です。大きめな一枚のモモ肉（？）を、火が通る絶妙な焼き加減で仕上げてあるので、鶏肉自体がふっくら膨らんでナイフを入れるとジワ～っと肉汁が滴ります。ターメリックの香りは、微かに香る程度に調整されていて、鶏肉自体の味わいが前面に押し出されています。野菜は、ズッキーニもジューシーでトロトロ。紫の大根も柔らか。里芋は皮は硬めで中身はねっとり。茄子はトロトロで鶏肉の脂を吸わせて頂くと、とても美味しい。小松菜、インゲンはしんなりと仕上がっていました。パンは塩味が来ていて、鶏肉によく合いました。
