Instagramを見ていて気になったこちらのお店、
「Section d'or（セクションドール）」さん♪
こちらのお店は、
ミシュラン京都2022でビブグルマンに
選ばれているお店です。
メニューは「タンドリーチキン」のみ、
予約必須のお店になります。
お店へは、東山駅から徒歩約10分、
あらかじめ電話予約して、
17時30分にお伺いしましたよー！
店内はオープンキッチンに、
2人テーブル×4卓。
とても洗練された感じのお店です。
席に着くと、テーブルセットが置かれて、
メニューを拝見。
わかっていましたが、
フードメニューは

野菜と仏・ブリドールのパン付き

飲み物はこんな感じ

ビールをいただいていましょう！
約10分後、
タンドリーチキンはワンプレートで登場！
鶏は宮崎県の銘柄鶏。
黄金色にしっかり焼きあがっています！
チキンの周りには、
ローストした野菜がチキンを隠すほど、どっさり。
トマト、ピーマン、玉ねぎ、カリフラワー、カボチャ、黄にんじん、紫大根、かぶら、海老芋、白菜。
タンドリーチキンは皮目がパリッと！
中は程よい弾力に溢れる肉汁です！
ほんのりとスパイスが効いてますねー♪
火入れがとても絶妙で味付けは最低限にとどめて、
素材の旨味を引き出しています！
添えてあるブリドール社のパンがもちもちで、
おかわりしたいぐらい。
大変満足なタンドリーチキンでした♪
