この日は平安神宮の近くてディナー。
絶品のタンドリーチキンがいただけるという
セクションドールさんに予約して訪問です♪
メニューもタンドリーチキン一択(1900円)と
潔いです((o(*>ω<*)o))
メインのタンドリーチキン以外にも、付け合せに
フランスのブリドールのパン、有機JAS、無農薬
の野菜が同じワンプレートに付いてます♪
とりあえずはハートランドのビールでカンペー

店内は凄く清潔感があって雰囲気も良いですよ♪
では、早速タンドリーチキンをいただきます(*^^*)
(ΦωΦ+)ﾎﾎｩ....皆さんが言ってるほどではないけど
たしかに皮目はパリッとしてますなぁ。
中身の柔らかさはビックリするレベル♥️
味付けの方は思ってたのと180°違いましたww
良い意味でやけどね(*≧艸≦)
そんなにスパイシー感はなくて、ほんま必要最低限
て感じかな！
でも、それによってチキンの旨味がめちゃ味わえて
満足度はしっかりありました(๑•̀⌄ｰ́๑)b
しかーし、その主役のタンドリーチキンを食って
しまうかのような色とりどり野菜達の美味しさが
際立ってたように思います((*´ﾟ艸ﾟ`*))まぃぅ～♪
トマト、茄子、パプリカ、玉ねぎ、ズッキーニ、
カリフラワー、人参、小松菜、etc……
野菜好きには堪らんラインナップやね♥️
素材ごとに火入れの加減を変えているらしく
俺的にはタンドリーチキンに負けないくらいの
インパクトがありました( •̀ •́ゞ)ﾋﾞｼｯ!!
ブリドールのパンももちもちで美味しくて、
トータルバランスに秀でたワンプレートでした♪
