2023年6月_土曜日の17:30で予約して初訪問。
コチラの「セクションドール」さんは、ミシュラン京都ではビブグルマン(鳥料理)、食べログのアジア・エスニック百名店WESTにも選ばれる、タンドリーチキン1本で勝負する料理店。
先客が1組。入店し、4つある2人掛けテーブル席の中から、好きなテーブル席に着席。

そしてオーダーから15分ちょっとで、"黄金比率のタンドリーチキン"が到着！1プレートで、彩り豊か♪
プレート中央に鎮座するタンドリーチキンは、スパイス感が絶妙！皮目はとてもパリッと仕上がっていて、肉厚な身は柔らかくジューシー(^^)
野菜のソテーも10〜11種類盛られていて、塩梅・火入れも良く美味しい♪
ブリドールのパンも、これらとの相性バッチリ！
拘りの詰まった"黄金比率のタンドリーチキン"、美味しく頂きました！ご馳走様でした！
