だから行けました。
行きました。セクションドール様です。実は何回も予約を試みて断られています。まぁ当日に予約するのが悪いんですけどね。
今回はたまたまラッキーで入店できました。接客から料理まで全て1人でされているので、ちょっと時間がかかります。
しかしこのワンオペがおそらくこの値段でやっていける秘密なんでしょう。人を雇うとどうしても料理の値段を上げないといけませんからね。
タンドリーチキンは鶏の旨味がじわっと染み出るおいしいタンドリーチキンです。
タンドリーチキンと言う概念はとりあえずおいといたほうがいいと思います。
スパイスは必要最低限です。野菜もめちゃくちゃうまいです。ごちそうさまでした。
