熊野神社交差点南西に年期の入ったマンションがありましてその半地下と一階がテナント街になっております。
シャッター街と思いきや一度行ったインド料理チャンダー、歴史があり常連さんが多いらしいディープなメキシコ料理屋さん、いかにもという感じのスナック等数軒が元気にマイペースに営業されているという何かいい雰囲気です。
奥に定食とスパゲティーが食べられるお店があるとマンション入り口で見たので訪ねてみました。
飲み屋と思いきや男一人で普通の晩ごはん使いに良さそうなメニュー、スパゲティーは全てサラダ付で普通サイズ８００円、1.5倍が９００円、2倍が１０００円均一とかなり良心的なお値段。
サーモンとアスパラのクリームを頂きました。
味は美味しく何より嬉しいのは、他の方の書き込み通り少ししっかり目に茹でられております。
ほぼ日本以外の国ではどこでも麺類の茹で加減はしっかり目であり、僕自信も和そば以外はのびかけが好きなのでタイプなのです(注、勿論のびている訳ではないですよ)
ラーメン屋と違って茹で加減をリクエストするのは憚りますからね。
男性店主お一人で切り盛りされているお店なので、量がしっかりしているということに大変有りがたく思っております。
