京都のルーツともいうべき八咫烏の氏族である賀茂氏の氏神、上下賀茂神社のうち、上鴨神社の近くに来たのでパンの名店、ナカガワ小麦店2度目の利用。
初回買った時のトーストパンは、それほど感動しなかったものの、今回買った菓子パン系とコンプレ・ノアは絶品でした。
特に感動したのは、パン・オ・ショコラ（税込230円）。あまりにもパリッとしたパイ生地の表面に、しっとりとした中の生地、そしてベルギーさんチョコだというチョコのピュアなチョコの味が絡んだ最高の逸品。
次に感動したのは、コンプレ・ノア（ハーフ税込405円）。この濃密な生地は一体何なんだろう。胡桃もこれでもかとばかりに使用されており、超贅沢なパン。
その他、シナモン・ノア（210円）とクロワッサン（230円）購入。
もちろん双方とも、満足して完食しました。
