土曜の12時半に。
グリル生研会館に来たものの、店の前まで待ちの列が出ていたので、今回はパス。(マジかー)
そのまま北上して前を通ると、コチラが営業中で、パンも残っている。
今まで何度も嫌われてきたが、やっと訪問できた。
素朴で実直な感じのパンが並んでいて、派手なポップや惣菜系のパンは無い。
パンの生地そのものを押し出した商品が多い印象。
今回は、王道のクロワッサンとパンオショコラに加えて、ベーグルとドライフルーツのパンを連れ帰った。
クロワッサンは風味豊かで、じわっと美味い。
フリュイルヴァンは、スライスしてバターを載せると、メチャクチャ美味かった。
色々試すのではなく、同じパンを何度もリピートしたくなる、そんなパン屋さん。
近所のカフェにイートインできたら嬉しいなぁ。
