こちらに移転されてから初訪問。
今出川通のローソンそばにある契約駐車場に停めて、徒歩で３分ほど。
閑静な住宅街にある邸宅。そのダイニングにお招きされたような雰囲気の店内。
席数が多くないのもありますが、当日も予約のみで満席でした。
予約時にお願いした一番人気という「アオザイコース」税別3,500円。

・揚げ春巻きと５種類のベトナムオードブル盛り合わせ
・蓮の実サラダ
・バインセオ
・ベトナムカレーフォー
・焼きバナナケーキ
・ベトナムコーヒー
まず生春巻きを頂いた時点で、美味しくてビックリ！
タイ料理のライスペーパーに比べて、ベトナムのは薄いですが、ここのはシルキーな感じでしっとり。
どの料理にもたっぷり添えられている野菜は、ものすごく美味しいです。
上賀茂の有名な池西農園さんのですね(^^)
こちらカフェもされてて、美味しいのはよく存じております。
カレーフォーって珍しいんでマダムにお伺いしてみると「ベトナムでは細麺を使用しますが、日常的に食べられてるメニューです」とのこと。
最後はベトナムコーヒーとオリジナルだというバナナケーキ。
バナナの葉で包まれた、フランスパンとバナナのミルフィーユ的な。
とても素朴な味でした。
そして器はもちろんバッチャン焼き。ただし窯元に発注したオリジナルだそうです。
とてもステキでしたよ。
新鮮の野菜をたっぷり採れて、お米の食文化。
どこか懐かしくて美味しいベトナム料理。
京都市内では珍しくありませんが、使用されてる食材のレベルが１段上なお店だという印象です。
あっ ヌクチャムも激ウマでしたー
こちらもオススメでーす。
