ここへ来たら是非食べてって言われてた むね肉 粒マスタード。
焼鳥でこんな感じのむね肉は初めて。
このマスタード、後々出してくれた煮たまごにもかかってたけどこれ美味しかった、これ瓶詰めにして売って欲しい。
まだ新しいお店だから急な予約も出来たんだろうな。
連れが皮が好きで皮は塩とタレどっちも。ん～お酒が進む～。
ヤゲン軟骨ねぎ塩、鴨つくねもいい、ハズレナシだー!!
店主さんが食べるペース見ながら出してくれるから、お皿で他の串とぶつかる事なく食べられる。
〆に食べた鶏そば、スープが染みる～麺の太さ丁度いい、量もこれ位だと１人１つイケるなぁ。
ここもっと流行ると思うからその前に通っておかねば。
ゆったりした席なので、落ち着いて食べられるし、換気が良くて服が臭くならないのもポイント高し(^皿^)
