肉吸い。半熟たまごが美味しい。出汁も良い
燻製盛り合わせ。煮玉子、ぼんじり、むね肉、せせり、砂肝。ちょっと室温で温まると美味しくなる。
むね肉のワサビ。せせり。皮。ヤゲン軟骨ねぎ塩。ズリとニンニク。ネギマ。つくね。野菜焼き、レンコン、シイタケ。
追加 ハラミ、おたふく、白レバー、ぼんじり、ヤゲン軟骨、手羽先、豚キムチ。
串は全体的に普通。初めて食べたおたふくが美味しい。
希少部位で表面は、ふわっと溶ける脂の層。 中の身は歯応えがあり、二重の食感が楽しめる。 他ではなかなか味わえない串。
鶏そば。アッサリで美味しい。
