叡山鉄道元田中駅の南、御蔭通沿いにあるフレンチレストランです。
記念日のランチにいただきました。
お店の看板料理で、50種ほどの野菜、花、野草、サーモン、ハマチ、カツオ、牛肉、鴨、海老の入った前菜「花冠」の入ったランチコースです。
メインは、アイナメのポワレ 手長海老のソース と 但馬鶏もも肉のロースト フレッシュトマトのソース を選択、デザートは、ココナッツのプリン マンゴーのソース パイナップル添え。
プリンにもかわいいエディブルフラワーが挿さっています。
