京都市内は左京区の北白川にある【パティスリー タツヒト サトイ】さんは、こだわりのパン、ケーキ、パフェを楽しめるお店。夏場はかき氷も提供されているとのこと。店内には9席のイートインスペースもあり、お洒落な雰囲気でスイーツを楽しむことができます。
この日は季節のいちごパフェ(1,700円税込)をいただきました。苺の他に、ピスタチオのムース、フランボアーズのソルベなどが入ったもので、コーンフレークで誤魔化すことのない下までしっかりと楽しめるもの。食べ進めるごとに味わいの変化があり楽しく、美味しい。非常に完成度の高いいちごパフェで、また別の季節限定メニューも食べたいなと思いました。
土曜13時過ぎに伺った際には5割程度の混み具合で、スムーズにいただくことができました。ご馳走様でした。
