京都市左京区元田中にあるサムキョプサル専門店「ろぶた」さんです。
サムキョプサル！一度食べてみたかったんですよね。
18時30分に予約して、家族3人で入店です。
明るい店内、各テーブルに丸い厚い鉄板がセットされてます。
生ビールを注文して
「サムキョプサル（豚ばら肉）セット」（１，１８０円）と
「豚肩ロースセット（１，３６０円）を注文しました。
鉄板をちょっと斜めにセットしてファイヤー
セットには、おかず三種「もやし（あっさり）」「大根（ピリ辛）」「タマネギ（しっかり酸味）」
と「サンチェ」「ニンニク」が付いてきますが、これらはお替り自由です。
お肉はお店の方が焼いてくれます
お肉から斜めに脂が流れてきたら、そこでキムチも炒めます。
そして、焼けたら、サンチェにお肉とキムチ、その他のお野菜を包んで
ごま油をちょこんとつけてパクリ！ おいしい！
シンプルだけど、豚肉の脂の旨味、キムチの酸味、野菜のさっぱり感で
いくらでも食べれる感じです。
なので「サムキョプサルセット」を追加です。
お野菜もガンガンお替りさせていただきました。
お酒は、生ビール二杯飲んで、後はハイボールに
そして、〆に「焼きめし（キムチ）」です。
これも、おこげが香ばしく、おいしいです。
調理は全部、目の前で店員さんがやってくれるのですが
お客さんがいっぱいになったら（今回は私たちともう一組）大変じゃないかな。
