[3 minutes walk from Mototanaka Station] Gyopsal made with fresh pork purchased that day♪ Healthy with plenty of vegetables♪
We never use frozen ingredients, and our staff carefully grills our "Samgyeopsal" made from fresh domestic pork procured that day. Enjoy it with fresh vegetables♪ Our "Meat Set" allows you to enjoy fr |
I had samgyeopsal lunch in Mototanaka, a gourmet area in Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City. It's a Chinese food battleground and there are Western Western Cuisine here and there, but they're all full and there were lines, so I decided to try Korean Cuisine, which I don't have much experience with. The restaurant was filled with Hangul and the staff spoke broken Japanese, so I was expecting it to be authentic. There were thick cuts of about 200g per portion, regular meat, vegetables, and condiments lined up, and the staff grilled and cut them with practiced hands. The fatty meat was quite healthy and delicious when eaten with the vegetables and condiments. I went by car so there was no alcohol, but I think it would have been even more delicious if I had had it with beer in the hot season. It was an adventure, but it was an unexpected reward.
