再び訪問、牛肉カレーうどんをいただきました。
大満足のうどん店。コシのある麺がお好きな方なら非常に満足できる仕上がり。つゆの出汁も非常に美味しく、鳥天は特に大人気。小さい店なので入れたらラッキー。
うどんの麺は太すぎず細すぎずですが、コシが強めで小麦の味しっかり感じられる美味しい麺に仕上がってました！
またうどんを引き立たせるだしも旨味のバランスが良く、昆布や鰹の味が喧嘩し合わずちょうどいい塩...

京都でも好きなうどん屋さんです。
京都のぶちぶち切れるやわらかい麺ではなく、腰のあるおいしい甘い小麦粉の味がするうどんがおいしいです。
おすすめはちくわ天。
