とり天 260円
麺 太麺でコシはあまり感じられませんでした。
小麦感も少なめで、もっちりとした食感が特徴
的な麺でした。
出汁 醤油の風味が強く、後から鰹風味が追っかけ
てくるお出汁。イリコの風味はあまり感じら
れません。外は肌寒かったので一口出汁を飲
むとおなかの中がほっこり温まるお出汁でし
た。
とり天 手のひらくらいのとり天が2個ボリューム
があり、備え付けの山椒塩で味変できまし
た。
ランチに訪問させて頂きました。外並びは
2名で、5分程で入店。並び中にオーダーを取って頂いたので、入店後15分でお料理が運ばれてきました。
（出来立て、ゆがきたて）の提供にこだわりを
持たれている店舗です。店内も清潔に保たれ
おしゃれなBGMと出来立て直ぐの京風讃岐うどんを堪能させて頂きました。ご馳走様でした。
