かなりしっかりした湯葉を千切りにしてパクチーとかと和えた感じで可もなく不可もなく
セットに少量中華サラダとしてついてきたので、単品注文する必要はなかった

牛肉のチャーシューをパクチーなどと和えた感じで少し辛く汗は結構出た

刀削麺に牛肉チャーシューをのせた感じ、単品の牛肉チャーシュを頼む必要はなかったと思った

黄爛鶏米飯は、鶏肉の肉じゃがって感じ
唐揚げが一番美味かったかも…
