カルビの柔らかさ、ジャガイモのホクホク加減、味つきウズラ卵の美味さ・・・。

松方弘樹が愛した店。センマイと雲丹2,000円やタン元を分厚くカットして炭火であぶったタンのたたき5,000円が美味しい。
アレンジ力と創造性は相当高いレベル。肉好きにしか発想できない。凄いですはい。
