ココパッツォのエスカルゴ
一乗寺にあるイタリア料理の店ココパッツォのエスカルゴ料理です。
オリーブオイルににんにくと香草とエスカルゴを入れて、オーブンでじっくり焼いた、シンプルな料理ですが、味は格別です。
美味しいので、いつも注文する逸品です。
それ以外にも前菜が美味しいです。
蛸とジャガイモのマリネやオムレツ、カルパッチョなど素朴だけどしっかりとした味が大好きです。
１５年ぐらいの通いつめているイタリア料理屋さんです。
小さい子供の入店制限があります。
