I visited just before 1:00 on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. There were only two other customers. It seemed pretty empty. I ordered sara udon! I'm addicted to sara udon. It took about 10 minutes from ordering to being brought out. Since it's a local Chinese restaurant, it felt like I had to wait a while. The portions were huge! I thought it was enough for two people. My impression after eating it was that the noodles were delicious, but somehow unsatisfying. For me, the sauce on top was too thin. I seasoned it with the sauce and pepper on the table and finished it all.
