一乗寺のフランス菓子・チーズケーキのお店、ガトーモンブランさん。
バタークリームのロールです。こちらは"ミニ"ですが普通サイズ(ミニの2倍)¥1155もあります。
生地はキメ細かいつまったかため生地でややしっとり。甘さは控えめ。
表面のアーモンドはしっかり味で全体のポイントとなっています。
クリームはバタークリームにしてはとても軽めです。
コクはありますが甘さがとても軽いです。
重量はずっしりありますがバタークリームにしては甘さはとても軽いロールさまです。
