さて、山田農場たまご工房さん。
ここには、神のシュークリームとプリンがあるそうだ。
大原帰りに寄らせていただきました。
シュークリームがなかったので、プリンを購入し、横のスペースで食べさせてもらいましたが、これがうまいのなんの。
綺麗で臭み一つないたまごから作られるプリンは最高です。
素材の良さが前面に溢れたプリンでしたな。ブラボー！
