こちらの鶏卵は合成飼料を使わず、独自の配合飼料でゆとりのある鶏舎とのびのび過ごせる平飼い鶏の鶏卵を100%使用してます。
プリンやシュークリームは元の卵の味がダイレクトに反映されるスイーツですので味が濃厚で本当に美味しいです。
以前よりも値上がりはしてますが、味を落とさないで価格に転嫁して作り続けていることは本当にありがたいです。
今回は一泊の予定だったためスイーツは食べる分しか購入できてませんが、日帰りならお土産分も購入して自宅でまた食べたいくらい好きなお店です。
店舗の構えはおしゃれでも高級そうでもありませんが味そのものはどこぞの有名パティシエが作るものよりも美味しいと思ってます！
