平日夜に伺いました。
久しぶりだなーと調べたら3年ぶり。
前はつけ麺だったので、ラーメンと味玉にしてみました。計850円。
最初にトッピングのチャーシュー、水菜が
平皿で提供されたので
あれ？私つけ麺じゃないんだけどな……と思いつつ待機。
「トッピングをレンジで温めるとスープが冷めません」とのポップを見てキョロキョロすると
後方にレンジを発見したので早速あたため。
そして麺とスープが入った丼が登場！
なるほど、ラーメンでも別皿のシステムなのね、
と理解しました。
スープは甘めの醤油のいい香りで、
いただくと鶏の風味を感じとても美味しいです。
鶏南蛮そばのつけ汁のような甘濃い感じ。
少し平らな麺は、つるつるもちもちでめっちゃ美味しい！
食感、のど越しがよくすごく気に入りました！
後半ブラックペッパーや山椒で味変してみましたが、
山椒はスープと良く合うので特におすすめです！
味玉も濃いめ＆絶妙な半熟でとても美味しかったです。
店の入り口には「鶏煮干し醤油」とありますが、
煮干感は弱めかな。
友達のつけ麺もトッピングは同じ。
前来た時は野菜たっぷりのつけ汁だったけど
メニュー変えられたのかな。
入店時は怖い顔のご主人でビビりましたが、帰るときは笑顔で安心(笑)
ごちそうさまでした。
