◎特製つけめん 1,050円
ラーメン激戦区一乗寺駅近くのお店。
日曜日１時半頃訪問。
外待ち３組。更に店内にも３組。
並んでいると店員さんに促され、店内で食券を購入し、並び直すスタイル。
並び始めて２０分程で着席。更に待つこと１０分、着丼。
スープは魚介豚骨、麺は太麺で王道のつけめんって感じ。
先ずは麺のみでひと啜り。小麦の風味豊かで旨い！
スープにもよく絡み、本当に旨かった。
最後はスープ割りでフィニッシュ。
人気になるのも納得でした。ご馳走様でした。
