一乗寺駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にあるつけ麺屋さん つけめん 恵那く。
とろみのある濃厚なつけ汁が印象的な、つけ麺の専門店。2023年ラーメンwest百名店に選出されています。
都心部から少し離れているからか、週末のお昼時も意外と行列しておらず、すんなりと入れるのが嬉しいポイント。夜営業はしていないお店なので、営業時間の事前確認は必須です。

◾得製つけめん
チャーシュー、めんまが増量されており、味玉半分もセットになっているお得なメニュー。麺の量を選ぶことができるので、沢山食べたい方から少食の方まで、幅広く利用できるのも嬉しいところです。
つけ汁は煮干しの出汁や、鶏と豚をじっくり煮込んだ味を強く感じる仕上がりで、濃度もちょうど良く中太麺にしっかりと絡みます。程よく弾力を残した脂の甘味を楽しめるチャーシューや、食べ応えのある太めにカットしたメンマも、つけ汁との相性抜群でした！
