ラーメン激戦区の一乗寺の中で特に有名な店。
初訪問から10年は経過して2回目となる。
いつも行列だったので紅葉時期等、一乗寺界隈に来た時も寄るのを遠慮していた。
なんといっても超濃厚な鶏だくスープが有名。
平日の14時少し前、並び1人。割とスムーズに入れた。並びがあまりに多いと高安、恵那くあたりも視野に入れていたので直ぐに入店出来て良かった。
食券制でカウンター席のみの店内。
鶏だく(並) 950円をオーダー。
鳥肉と鶏ガラ等を煮込んだ超濃厚スープ。
これはスープと言っていいものかどうか。
箸やレンゲが立ったり、麺がスープを持ち上げんばかりのドロドロさである。
一口すすると鶏の旨味も十分で、何とも言えないコクがある。しかし美味しいので、箸を休める事なく食べ続ける事が出来る。
以外と食後持たれない。
ちなみにスープはアツアツ。
麺はやや固めに仕上がっている。
ネギは白ネギでメンマは太めで柔らかめなものを利用。
また七味も良いアクセントになっている。
いやあ久々だったけど美味しかったなあ。
さらにオッサンになり、濃厚すぎて食べるのが厳しいかもと思ったけど食べれたなあ。
